英国最长的地名 ~ 我只会念 gogo-goch!

驱车前往威尔斯之前，朋友JJ说我们这一趟威尔斯之旅会经过"听说“是全世界地名最长的地方，长到连念都念不出来，只会念后面的gogo-goch。（注：建力士大全纪录世界上最长的地名在纽西兰，这个地方名最多排名在第二或第三，不过肯定是英国最长的就是了。）

这是一个位于威尔斯北部，靠近Holyhead的小镇。由于名字太长，连google和路标等都得要省略到后面的部分，只显示出前面的 Llanfairpwllgwyngyll 而已。想像一下要是你住在这里，每一次填写表格上的地址时都会是一件很痛苦的事。呵呵~

这里开酒吧开旅馆都得付多一点钱做招牌吧！因为地名很长，材料要多付一点不是吗？

当然，这个地方名字也有它的意思。这里，我们看到的是：
The Church of Mary in the hollow of the white hazel near the fierce whirlpool and The Church of Tysilio by the red cave.

只能说，真的很长长长长长长长长长长长长长长长长长长长长长长长长长长长长长长长长长长长长长长长长长长啊~

Nice of you to bring us news that even in Britain, they are also Minorities like Welsh, Cornish， Irish，Blacks , Pakis, Asians( of which by now you should know that Chinese are not generally included).
I feel sad because the Taiwan educated crowd all look up to Acer founder, but are all in denial that at least he was half trained in USA, as opposed to CSP as you all know what is going on.

The fact is Wales is almost like my second home. Cardiff, Rhondda , Merthyr, Swamsea, Newport, Abergavenny, LLasndrindod Wells, stretching a bit further, Hereford, Hay-on-Wye, Gloushter.Never said and never will insist that
Wales is best. But I cherished my time spent there. Even then when we came back in 1978 with British PR status for the whole family, I was told I was naive to give it all up . Be that as it may , I have not regretted a bit. Even thought my son, born in Brecon, Wales and my daughter had to pay full fees when they went to study in Plymouth and Southampton respectively. NOT like a lot of Malaysian Chinese, living off this land, taking full advantages of the poor system/administration. Just wonder if they can survive in Britain, Singapore, or even China and Taiwan. Your frank comments will not also cause a stir in their stubborn mind.

呵呵。泰国当地人都称曼谷为“Krung Thep” (取前面两个音)。

这个曼谷的原名我有大略听过
不过有争论性欧
因为它不普遍的被当地人使用

不过
我刚刚又google 了一下
除了曼谷还有个纽西兰的地名
所以这个gogo coch最多排第二

所以我改了
让它就成为英国最长的就好了
